About Lady Joy

This visionary lives a life evident of the power of prayer.  She has a passion for prayer and a deep desire to see the will of God manifest in the lives of others.  Lady Joy is a native of Kansas, who moved to Texas at the age of 18 years old to pursue her education in Arlington Texas. She is well traveled and known throughout the country as a beloved mother, daughter, sister, mentor, friend and woman of God.  She has gained a wealth of knowledge through life’s experiences, and shares the value of the journeywith those she comes in contact with. Her perspective comes from both the corporate world and the church world, making sense of lifes struggles on the called of God. The Potter’s House of Dallas Texas has been Joy’s church home since 1997.  She is also a volunteer in their G.A.P. Ministry and Daytime Support Staff, as a servant.  She is continuing her biblical studies to enhance her ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Lady Joy is submitted to the spiritual authority of her Bishop, T.D. Jakes. Tremendous gratitude is also extended to her honorable Bishop, for without his ministry of healing and restoration, her journey would not be complete. She is also mentored by Prophetess Brenda Todd of Brenda Todd Ministries, Tulsa Oklahoma.  Prophetess Todd is an extraordinary woman of God that he has placed in the life of Lady Joy.

The vision for Journey 2 Joy Ministries spans across nations such as Asia, Australia and Africa. This international recognition has been prophesied by prophets such as Bishop Tudor Bismark with the laying on of hands. Lady Joy is submitted and committed to the call of God on her life. The power of effectual fervent prayer in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ fuels the journey.
