The Power of an Intercessor, a testimony. 10-6-08
Never under estimate your power as an intercessor as I was reminded this week. Many of you know the trials I have endured regarding my daughter. The depth of the prayers of a mother are like non other. We often cry silently with rivers of tears flowing, knowing that God bottles each and every tear. As intercessors we are often called to walk out our trials publicly, to the glory of God. The trials are great, but the victory is a testimony to the faithfulness of our God. Sometimes my brothers and sisters, it’s not about the destination, but the journey. As we traveled to Tulsa OK, on assignment to support the servants of the Lord, Pastor and Prophet Todd, the spirt of the Lord came in the car with us. The Holy Spirit had us to begin to pray. Our dear sister in Christ, Abena began to pray, for my daughter as if she were her own. Abena went into the deep places (as intercessors are able to do). She prayed with the compassion and desperation of a broken hearted mother. By the way, Abena has no children of her own. She took authority and commanded the situation at hand to change in the name of Jesus. She prayed a hedge of protection around my daughter and declared that no hurt harm or danger would come to her. She prayed that her heart would be turned toward the Lord. Amen
That’s not the end of the story, and this is the very short, censored version! When we returned home, I received a call from my daughter, that I had not heard from in almost a month. She was asking for prayer, Amen! Much much more went on during the course of the conversation. The real praise goes right here. At the very moment Lady Abena was praying for my daughter, her very life was in danger, and she saw her life flash before her. She was spared, once again, mercy and grace found her. The prayers of the righteous avails much. I am eternally grateful to Lady Abena for the gift of intercession in her life. We as intercessors have the power, through Jesus Christ to cause God to move on our behalf. You see, it wasn’t about the destination of Tulsa, it was about the journey! Saints, what if I hadn’t made that journey, what if I’d been to tired, or used the excuse of a lack of finances. What if I only thought of myself and how I would get to Tulsa? What if I used any of the legitimate excuses that I have to say, no Lord, not me, not this trip, maybe another time?
Because of a intercessor of the Most High God, I’m not visiting my child in the hospital or funeral home today. This is why I do what I do! As I do what God has put in my heart to do, he takes care of me and those that I love. My commitment to the ministry of prayer and intercession is strengthened.

We are praising and thanking the Lord for Kennard’s 1st CD coming out this summer. Pray for divine appointments and holy ghost setups and direction. The Lord will have it circle the globe in all languages. The title of the CD is “Healing in His Wings.” Praise JESUS for His faithfulness.

I just want to thank God for each of you for sharing your testimonies of how God has brought you through. Of how your testimonies have encouraged me to continue the “GOOD FIGHT” of FAITH. Your testimonies of healing, your testimony of school and finances and your testimonies of times of celebration are truly a blessing from God. I’m so grateful to be able to be a part of such a wonderful blessing of God. So grateful to know God and the power of his resurrection. So, grateful to know the power of prayer and that his word will not return unto him void. Keep up the fight and always continue to praise him…

Praise God for the J2J intercessors and to Lady Joy for praying my new home ownership through!!! The prayers of the righteous have availed much on my behalf!!!! God moved in a mighty way. He is still in the “miracle working” business!!!! I have named my new home “MIRACLE” because that is what God performed!!!! Whatever you stand in need of, in the will of God, stand in unmovable, unshakable, radical faith and watch God move….your faith moves Him to bring it to pass!!!! Be encouraged…..Lady V…………..

God has blessed New Church of the Living God with five years of annointed ministry to go forth to our surrounding communities. Praise God from whom all blessings flow! As we celebrate, pray God will continue to be glorified. We thank the Lord for your continued prayers. We love you!
Praise the Lord Intercessors!!!! God is good and He is worth to be praised. As some of you may be aware I have been going to school and my tuition is very expensive. So last year when we had the J2J anniversary and Lady Joy directed us to give and make a request, my request was for God’s provision towards my tution.
Lady Joy prophesied to me that the money would find me and that I wouldnt have to look for it. I have been holding on to this word and the Lord has watched over His word to perform it. End of last year I had a brother in Christ that we fellowship with offer to clear my balance. And last week the same brother called me to find out what was going on with me as far as school is concerned and he once again offered to clear my last semesters balance and paid part of my tuition for next semester wow!!!! Just so that you may know I needed close to $10,000.00 and the Lord has provided for my need.
I am so greatful to God, I will be starting next semester with part of my tuition paid!!! God is awesome. I just want to encourage us all to remain faithful and hold on to the prophecies that we have received.
The bible says in Hebrews 10:36 that we have need of patience, that after we have done the will of God, we might receive the promise, for in just a little while and He that shall come will come and will not tarry.

There has been a wonderful outpouring of response for Ami Ortiz and his family – emails, phone calls – the meals are being brought like clockwork, and people are constantly asking where to send financial gifts.
You guys have no idea how much strength you are bringing to this family in their hour of need. And no one is trying to push forward their own name or ministry, each one is coming just to serve up whatever they have from the Lord.
It’s Body networking at its best. We at Restorers are privileged to help, but you all are the REAL “Restorers of Zion” here!
Local believers — If you would like to bring food to the hospital, just coordinate with me for which day, so that we can do this efficiently.
Ami’s condition
“Ami is out of danger – he will make it. But he has a long road ahead of him in order to recover.” Those were the words of one surgical nurse, after they took Ami in this morning to clean his wounds. Now that the life-threatening things are taken care of, they are dealing with other problems, one at a time.

She will be starting on April 1st and says She will be working wonderful hours and using her expertise in the technology field. She says thanks for all the prayers and support. God is AWESOME!!!
